I have a Bachelors and an MBA am Unemployed...I might try to work for a book!

Yea...I have a Bachelors from a great 4 year university in Rhode Island called Bryant College and recently just completed my MBA. I worked as an underwriter for a leading property and casualty insurer for the past 2 years, recently getting laid off.:finger: Well I havent been able to even find a job that would pay what I think I'm worth...and it aint much..maybe 50,000. All this education and no job. Fuck it...do you think I could just move offshore and work at a book. I dont know what I'd do, but at least I would have a job in great weather. Shit...its more than I'm doing now. I'm only 25 too...I still got time no?

yes the boston options exchange is a "lock" to my father's friend..supposed to call me back beginning of 08...but if that doesnt work out I would be pretty disappointed.

You cant make much money at an offshore book. That is not a good job for someone with a college degree who doesnt currently live offshore.

Just keep looking, you will find something better

Have you given some thought to joining the service? With your degrees, you could advance very rapidly, perhaps become an officer through officer candidate school. If you still have some educational loans, they will repay it. I know everyone will say don't do it, you will get deployed, but fuck it. It will not be without its rewards.

haha, i went to bryant too. i was there when it was about 70% dudes. i think its gotten better, but i'm still pissed. what a mistake. :nopityA:
