try dial a fix. http://djlizard.net/software/Dial-a-fix-v0.60.0.24.zip.
run the dialfix program, hit the check all but and hit go. i think some dll/modules are not registered. that should fix it.
if u have ie6, try upgrading to ie7. all together try firefox as its probably better. also try IEfix. do a google search and you find it. but dialafix should take care of it;
