Harmon Leon snapped this picture while in SF. I just took it from him.
It was a store mannequin, I'm not sure the store but they must have had a sale on child size pimp clothes.
Harmon is one of my favorite writers, he had a series in the SF Chronicle called the Great Infiltrator. Funny funny stuff.
