Anyone hear keep a daily journal of their life?

I like to read and sort of wished I would have kept one back in the day as my memory sort of sucks and life goes pretty fast.

I have never done anything like this before and probably still wont but with the new year approaching it has crossed my mind. Just wondering if others here have in the past.

Not a daily journal, but I keep a (private) blog where I note key events, thoughts etc.

A few friends do the same and it's a good way to stay in touch with the minor events that wouldn't be noteworthy to mention when we next meet up etc.

I guess kinda facebook meets livejournal :)
