Solid read about Bill Bellechick, read this a year or so ago. I am not a Pats fan, in fact I lose on a regular basis betting against them but you learn to appreciate the love, passion and commitment he has to be the best. He really doesnt care about any of the glamor that comes with coaching. Seems like he just wants to win his next game and that is the most important thing to him.
He talks about how his dad took him under his wing atthe age of 9 and showed him how to breakdown film, by the time he got to high school he knew more than his coaches about the X's and O's of the game because of his dad.
One cool thing is how he puts alot of stock into guys who have the same work ethic he has.
I highly reccomend this book even though it is now a few year old.
