I know it sounds strange cause I'm sure Pats fans hate the yanks.....but is it just me or are they both the most expensive ticket in their sport.

I don't think it is justified, but people love to hate both teams. And both are loaded with talent and big names.

(don't go nuts pats fans, i realize there are diff such as results the past 5 years....maybe today's patriots are the yankees of 5 years ago?)

red sox are the red sox. a bunch of two timers. fans are more disrepectable than any raiders could ever want to be.. and hell i would keep raising ticket prices till the fans stop coming. i would follow the big oil companys motto.

Ok ... ticket prices will be higher when you build your own stadium.

The Cincinnati Bengals get a stadium built by Hamilton County, Cleveland, Indy and Pittsburgh also get someone else to pay for their stadium ... but the Patriots build a stadium themselves, so naturally they are going to charge more for tickets ... they almost need to.

You can't say that you want a team to spend a billion dollars to build a stadium (which the Yankees will do) and say you want to buy tickets for $12.95

Its because of bandwagon fans from outspoken areas of the country.
