Has anyone ever came up with a hedge system using Regular Quarter lines vs in progres

What I mean is making a random bet on the 2nd, 3rd and 4th quarter lines of a football game before the game starts.

Then after you do that you will always have some tremendous hedge and middle ops when the in progress quarter bets come out.

Maybe some of you understand what I am trying to say.
If no one does I will try to explain it more in my next post.
