Need to lose some weight......Gonna try to eat nothing but fruits & veggies for a month along with working out.

Think I can drop 15-20 pounds doing this?

I wouldnt call it that Ja Brady........just gonna try it for month to see if it works. Ill mix in some fish, chicken, etc ...after that.

Good luck. That is pretty much what my diet consists of, but then again, I am not a male. I am sure you will feel much better without eating red meat. I haven't had red meat in over 10+ years, and feel great. GL and Happy New Year:toast:....don't forget to drink your 8 glasses of water a day:103631605

Oh ya gonna pound the water....Didnt realize you are a female. Ive only known one female gambler and I used to bartend with her. A Bills fan in Florida is probably even rarer!!!

you need to do vitamins and supplements to make up the difference from not eating meat.

oh yea and those two days on the couch watching football needs to more productive

No Need to just eat Fruits & Veggies to lose 15-20lbs

Stay away from anything that has White Flour !! Trust Me, I know !

You could lose 5-7lbs per week

I wouldnt avoid meat. I lost 30 in about 2 months. No coke, splenda in the coffee. No candy bars or potato chips. Sub wheat bread for white bread. No fruit juice.

Sorry, but that's a rather ignorant statement. I know a lot of guys (and gals) who swear by it. They say that they've never felt better in their lives. I've seriously considered it, but I've got a serious steak habit.

Best Way to do it !! :103631605 You just can't eat Cake, Cookies, Chips, Etc...

And Anything with White Flour...:nono5: Found a Bread that Only has 35 Calories per slice which is a 1/3 of what white bread has....taste Great !
Has No Carbs,No fat....

Of Course I would rather have Italian Bread for my sandwich...Being Italian myself...Lived on it !! But you get use to it

Also, Learned to Enjoy Whole wheat Pizza !! Not Bad !:103631605

I'm trying to be vegan. But I screw up sometimes.

The thing I noticed is that you can control your eating better for whatever reason. Which leads to weight loss.

I have been at it long enough that I actually feel bad when I screw up.

As a joke yesterday I sent my friend a youporn vid of Alisha Klass. I was like if you get bored kid, watch some Klass. I was just trying to be funny. But about a minute after I sent it he dissapeared for 15 minutes.

All I am saying Dsethi is that we should not openly advocate masterbating. There is a real inherent danger at play, that we havent fully considered.

Well I use to be a Big Junk eater...Cookies,Cake, Chips, Pizza..Pizza..Pizza
Did I say I eat Pizza..LOL

But this is what I do each day....

Mornings.....................

2 cups of Coffee... with Fat Free Half & Half 2 Splenda
Bowl of Special K with Berries 2% milk

Afternoons.....................

Cup of Coffee..( same way as above )
If I Eat something....Sandwich ??
Ham & Swiss w Mustard
2 slices of Either Healthy Choice Whole Wheat Bread


Dinner...................................

2 Boneless Pork Chops ( center Cut ) * Less Fat
or
2 small Chicken Broiled with Bulls Eye BQ sauce !! ( same with the Pork )
Salad.....with either Low fat or No Fat dressing
( If you Like Honey Mustard dressing ???? ) Best is Paul Newman's Lite !

Snacks......................

Apples, Pears, Carrots.......And Orville Redenbacher's " Smart Pop " 94% Fat Free Butter Popcorn !! ( Whole Bag only 115 Calories )

There are Fat Free Puddings Too !!

Last Year Lost 53lbs in 4 months with No Problems
