No, they listed him as starting and then corrected it after the first play that he was NOT in the game.

I think he was in on a few plays during the first quarter. That's what the local paper said.

Actually, he DID PLAY. He was in for exactly 1 play when Oklahoma was in the red zone in either the 1st or 2nd Q, and the broadcasters even made a point of saying, "Look who just snuck into the game"

I guess he was too hurt to continue? Wouldn't he know that during pregame warmups? I thought for sure I saw him on the bench without pads.

I wouldn't trust those announcers for nothing... when they had the two players from WVU #92 & #93 did you hear the guy? oo the bloggers are gonna have fun with this why are tehy sitting next to each other..

Ames was not born in the Southern Hemisphere. He was born in Trinidad and Tabago which is located off the northern coast of Venezula.

What is the dividing line between Northern and Southern Hemisphere? I would guess Trinidad would be southen.
