Shit with new TV's,cars,cameras,phones,GPS,etc..., it gets ridiculous.

Your TV doesn't come with an instruction sheet, it's more like a 200 page book nowadays.

Every one of these things is complicated beyond belief. I have to try and figure this stuff out for my much dumber wife, all the time.

The other day she asked me how to unlock the used (2000) truck I bought, answer is stick the key in the door and turn clockwise. :ohno:

I got a VW Jetta to drive for about a month, when wife almost totalled the Accord ( a few years ago), never did figure out a lot of things on that temporary car.

Maybe... whatever its the low trim level (XL) Ford, you actually stick the key in the door and turn it, what a novel concept !

I have a couple of gripes about an XL level F-150, owned a 1993, and now a 2000.

It should have a power windows standard since its too big a reach to crank a window closed when entering a highway.

I totally don't get having a radio with a cassette only player in a 2000 vehicle.

This truck has a lot of other stuff. AC,remote start,Cruise control, etc.

It needs power windows and a CD player, IMO.

Overall even a low level (XL) F-150 is nice to drive, I feel very safe in it, as a 4X4, if you rear end this truck of mine, you probably total your Honda Civic, while I barely feel it.

I like a big Ford truck, but they have room for improvement, or maybe you have to buy the higher trim-level. I am fine with a used truck, and live with minor BS.

There are too many sensors and shit now. Wife has a 2007 CR-V, damn sensor says tire pressure is low ( because its cold, I presume). She wants to trade it in for a 2008 because of that. So, I have to add two pounds of air to the tires, I'd rather it didn't tell me this.
