I like Jville, but very hard to lay chalk to the road team in the playoffs.

What do you think?

I like all the home teams except Pit. Regardless of the weather I just see Jac running the ball down the Steelers throat.

1995 Lions at Philadelphia, without any notable injuries

Anyone know of one more recent?

Agree 100% :103631605

3 Weeks ago Jacksonvile went into Heinz and Manhandled them with the Running game....Taylor ran for 147 yards on 25 carries

Garrard threw for just under 200 yards, but 3 TD's
Jacksonville Also sacked Roethlisbeger 5 TIMES !!

Now..Roethlisbeger threw 3 TD's as well, but Under 150 yards

But The Steelers in that game Had Parker.....running for 100 yards
NOW...NO Parker..

I took Jacksonville at -1.5 bought some more at -2

Take Pittsburgh +3.....they'll probably win outright.

That was the Conference Champ. game though, not the Wild Card round.

I think TomGshotput might be right, I know the Lions were favored in that game in Philly. But maybe there's a more recent game.

I'm pretty sure the steelers were a three point favorite against cincy two years ago.

Moe's right, Pitt was -3 on the road in Cincy in the WC round.

There sure aren't many times this situation comes up.

The answer is Pitt -3 over Cincy a few years ago.....

I can't think of any others in the divisional round, but by gametime in the '04 playoffs, Pats were +1 vs the colts.

I like Pitt tomorrow, just think their injuries are a little overstated and that winning 2 times in a place like that will be tough....Also think their passing attack is very underrated with Roth having a great year despite some tough weather conditions, both WRs missing time to injuries and installing a new offense....Big ben probably is the most underrated QB in the game (even though its hard for a Qb to be underrated these days with all the media involving the NFL)...

I could see this happening more when WC teams have the better record by FAR as some team has to win a division.

yep. steelers were -3 at cincy.

I got steelers teased +8.5 as the last leg of that teaser.
I'm going to take some ml too, I'd be verrry surprised to see jax come in and beat the steelers by dd let alone straight up.

the defense will be ready this time, tomlin had the replay of the jax game on every tv all week in the steelers complex.

no one is giving the steelers a chance. we might as well not even play the game.

one thing for sure, its going to be a madhouse down here tomorrow night..

-3 ? Yea ATS had -13.5 , that seemed a little high ... ( must have meant 3.5 and it was a typo ...)
