How much is a half point worth in NBA sides and totals in a quarter

I use to have this written down but cant find it. I think it is around 10-11 cents for both but I cant remember . Does this sound right or does anyone know for sure.

Iceman must no longer like Doug, Doug may have to resort to JJ gold style Youtube tacticts, to get his attention. Maybe Doug sues Iceman because a Pinny lean lost ?, ala JJGold ?

Doug would need to fly in TTinco to get the camera to work right !

Would 10-11 cents per half point in 1st and 2nd halves be about right for college hoops, or would they be worth more due to lower game totals than nba?
