Leaving aside the final Dallas game The Redskins played 6 Teams over .500 and won only ONE. That might be a bit tough to chew on. :drink:

Seattle won 1 more game than Washington and played a way way easier schedule. I ask you what would Washington have done if they played Seattle's sked? Sagarin computer ratings have Washington 2nd hardest and Seattle the easiest, that is about as drastic difference as you can get. Their team stats are almost dead similar as they are about 15 yards different on offense on favor of Seattle and 15 yards defense better per gam for washington.

I grabbed Washington +6 off the opners and feel really good about it. Love Tampa Bay -2 on the other one. Good luck!!!

First-time QB playoff starters are 2-13. Something to think about if you like Wash and Jacksonville.

Easier schedules are for Monday morning QB's...you line up every Sunday and play hard, no matter where, who, or weather conditions..

This is nothing to chew on. What does it have to do with this game? Seattle is better end of story

I got Washington moneyline parlayed with the over 38 and Pittsburgh moneyline. Shitty bet but nice payout.

Nice to see you on my Redskins, though I am on the spread because Redskins have the knack of winning and losing games by 3 or so. I of course hope that they win this redemption playoff game from 2 years ago, because I'd definitely look forward to Skins at Cowboys game (again) next week with all starters playing.

The Skins need to run the ball with Clinton Portis and play keep away by sustaining long drives and playing defense like they did last week against the Cowboys.

The Redskins' dee was more than dominant last week against the Cowboys in all phases and must show up again today in order win at a very difficult venue. The way to take the Seahawks' "12th Man" out of the game is to get a lead and keep it. Portis cannot fumble or it may be over early if he does. Players to watch on Seattle's Defense are MLB Lofa Tatupo, strong side LB Leroy Hill and pass rushing outside backer Julian Peterson.

The Seahawks can be beaten at QWest in the playoffs as Dallas prooved last year until Tony Romo muffed a snap on what would have been an easy game winning Cowboy field goal in a 21-20 Seahawk win. Almost out of football Todd Collins needs to continue his error free quarterbacking and keep his passes accuarate and avoid ballhawking CB Marcus Trufant who may take on Skins WR Santana Moss one on one - in which case give me the speedy and extremely clutch Moss to score a TD or two.

Bottom line - The Skins Defense has to continue to dominate and the Skins Offense has to play an error free game to escape this game with a victory. A tall order but not out of the question.

I will be rooting for the redhot Washington Redskins but am not betting the game.

my power ratings have skins over sea 34.9 vs 33.3 ... not designed to create a pointspread differential but pretty close. In the past my numbers are good at finding live dogs. I use 14 stats that include caoching (penalties and t/o) and special teams (punting and kickoff).

The other teams this weekend are
Pitt 38.8
Jax 38.5
TB 35.9
NYG 35.8
Ten 35.1
SD 33.1

As you can see, SD's last 4 weeks may well be fool's gold.

Not that is that big of a deal as it is 1 of 40 bets I will have today but all I was saying is that these 2 teams played quite a contrast in schedules and with their stats being similair than I will take the +6.

I have little too no argument for anyone who bet Seattle -3 as that is an apex number.
