A shot in the dark, but I need some software.....

I got back from vacation and my computer at my bar is completly fucked. All I use it for is to keep track of pool table rentals. Anyone have any hookups/ The program I had was similar to this.....

hey since you got this up..i have a Bose PC Wave radio..has software that came on a cd, no longer have the cd and Bose no longer supports the product.......anybody help??????????
