how are guys getting money into full tilt/poker stars right now? ...

been a few months since ive logged into those accounts.

now even the PREPAID GIFT CARDS dont work? sorry state of affairs when using (essentially) cash to fund your account with a prepaid gift card isnt working.

are any cards working at tilt or stars?

bank debit card works just fine.

Actually both sites also allow bank echecks! That is the way to go

clearcheck, comes straight out of your bank. Takes only 20-30 seconds if you have this option

Dont use Western Union EVER!!!!

Just use moneygram if you cant use your bank debit card.

But really the bank echeck is the way to go. You only have to wait 7 days for clearance of the echeck. But you wouldnt take a payout that soon anyway

I use this at Pokerstars and there is a 'clearing period' of about a week but you can still withdraw any winnings in excess of the deposit immediately.

my bank wouldnt let it go thru. i was playing for several weeks and the money never came out of my account.

then i got an email from jokerstars telling me the transfer couldnt go thru.

so now i have a negative balance there until i square up with them..

which will be , lets see... never...

E-checks still work for me, why dont you call them up and tell them your situation, i'm sure they will find a method to accomodate.

use e check you will need to put in your account number and routing number it works try it out

I use my credit card for absolute poker. Once in a while
I get a small foreign transaction fee, but I always deposit
on a bonus deal, so I always make out in the end.

absolute I think changes their credit card processor enough
so that the banks can't keep track of them and deny them.

I use epassporte. Once you get an epassporte account funded its basically like neteller (except they don't freeze your account for 6 months).

I just send them an envelope full of cash if you need the address I can give it to you. They only accept large envelopes with lots of cash in them.LOL Or you can use a prepaid card but not Gren dot it don't work anymore but there is one that does.

Your best option might be to find someone locally that keeps cash in their accts and can transfer you some when u need it..P2P transfers are just about instant on Stars and Tilt. Ive got a few people around here who give me 20 here 40 there or whatever and i just transfer it from my acct to theirs.
By the way the echecks at FT are Beta and not available to everybody yet..

although i must admit i feel like my head is spinning.

1) are there ANY prepaid gift cards/prepaid gift cards that ARE working? the yellow gift to go cards were great but (apparently) arent working anymore?

2) is insta-check an option or not an option for everyone at these places?

3) is it fair to assume cards WILL work at absolute?

1) No idea....never used these...are there any fees related?

2) I know it is for PokerStars...if not listed as an option, send them an email and I'm sure they'll set you up. They have certain things that they can modify on each individual acct (such as private tourneys)

3) From what I hear yes, never play there
