Is it normal they want your ID and and a copy of your light bill to open an account? Tried to log in a new accoount and said I had one already please call now they want that info.. What a waste of time. Anyone else recommend another place that I don't have to go fax something to open an account.

Most will require such documents to receive a payout anyway.

If you dont already have an account there, then just fax the documents and be ahead of the game

That is fine at the time of pay out I might drive to fax them something. The account is to bet for someone else on one game. He is at work and can't open it. Like a dumby I said I would do it for him thinking it would be quick and easy.

financial transactions and verifications should not be discussed on open forums.

This is the Sad, but new reality since the passing of new legislation in the united states.

Im sure you can get all the answers to your questions by calling betjam customer service.

thanks
