Last week it was so cold I was cursing every time I stepped outside. Today I am wearing shorts and a t-shirt. I used to live in Daytona Beach, FL and have always missed the nice weather down there this time of year. It is Daytona-like today here in the Northeast.

Loving it!! Of course next week we will probably have 12 inches of snow on the ground, but for now, its gorgeous!!

Is this a fluke? (Seriously, is this global warming?) Who are the weather officianados out there that can explain this weather. BTW, yeasterday was 65 degrees and tomorrow its gonna be in the 60's again from what i am hearing.

Glbal warming my ass, we broke a record in Champaign yesterday by 1 degree, the record was from 1907...so in 1907 it was 65 here, were they talking about global warming then too?

It's unusually warm out today in Mass. I could play basketball in this weather with normal indoor gear and be totally comfortable.

I remember a few years ago it was so cold in January, it was unbearable to be outside to do anything.

Here in So. Wisconsin, we had snow up to our shoulders five days ago and now it's nearly gone. Of course we've had heavy fog that caused a 100-car pileup on the Interstate on Sunday and tornadoes yesterday, so it's not exactly paradise. but at least when we have our next snowstorm, I won't have to do the Strongest Man 'throw a shovel full of snow over your head' event to get it over the mounds surrounding the driveway.

I love global warming.. makes for a longer golf season.

Let the grandkids worry about it, some genius will figure out how to save the world.

Had some tornados go through your area, hitting Kenosha last night.

It snowed here a bit this morning, then rain during the day. Pretty typical for the foothills of the West Coast during December/January. High of about 40 degrees today.

GoGo is in the Philly area as well and there is nothing like enjoying a nice cigar on the deck in the middle of winter without having to bundle up.
Unfortunately it turns colder again tomorrow.
