Just to give you guys a heads up, BetUS is looking into why the amount I have rolled over has been decreasing over the last few months. I first noticed this in mid December when I called to request what my number was at and when they told me I was like this can't be right because it was more than that last time I called. The same thing happened today except the rollover number was about $800 less than what it was in mid December and that can't be right because I wager almost every day, not alot but maybe $25 or $30. Nothing should be causing it to go down, but that is what has been going on. They are looking into it on my request. I should have demanded they look into it last month when I first noticed but I didn't because it had only gone down $100 or so, not the $800 it went down from last month to today.
I've had a pretty good experience with BetUS but I have to say that this is a very serious thing if their system can't accurately keep track of rollovers. At this point I don't need moderators assistance as BetUS is looking into it and working with me. Hopefully this problem does not affect other people, because most people probably wouldn't notice something like this unless they do as I did, by keeping records.
I know what some of you guys are going to say: "Maybe they're confusing what you have remaining to roll over with what you have already rolled over." No, they always tell me how much I have left to roll over as well. So there is no confusion on that.
