Do you have any teams you will absolutely not bet against even in a meaningless game

I would assume the reason would be because you are a deep devoted fan or are very superstitous. Mine are clearly fan based reasons.

I have bet against my Detroit Lions less than 5 times in my life and will not ever again. In the process I may have lost some profitable oppurtunities, LOL. I just started this one but I will not bet against the Detroit Tigers. I wont even do this if the game means nothing.

I guess it boils down to the fact I would rather lose out on a couple hundred bucks to watch my team win/root against them. Now if it was a guarntee automatic than I would if the game was meaningless but this would be the only way. I tried it before and I figure there are enough other games througout the year that I dont need to stoop to this level as a fan.

I do not bet on or against the Eagles (Philly).

There's not really a reason behind it, I made the decision when I was a kid and have simply stuck with it up to now.

Emotionally attached to the Detroit Lions? I am so sorry. The Detroit Lion fade train kicked my butt the first 1/3 of the season but delivered in the end. Lifelong Michigander here. Liked them a lot growing up but even as a youngster I could sense something about them that wasn't right. Now I just hate them. The Fords, Matt Millen...hate 'em. I actually hope they stay there forever, however.

The Tigs on the other hand. Very hard to bet against them. Love the Tigs thru thick and thin.

business is business, have to keep the two seperate. If you do it for a living it is essential to maximize profit opportunities on the teams you know the best. I am one of the biggest Husker basketball fans on the planet for instance, therefore some of my largest wagers are un husker hoops games both for and against. Fortunately, I read their totals the best, especially under spots so it is a little easier.
