The 2007 salary cap is $109.0 million per club, a whopping increase of about 20% over the 2005 cap of $85.5 million.

You can basically sign anyone you want now.

The cap is not restrictive like it was 5 years ago.

Thats why parity is starting to leave the NFL again.

The rich are rich, and the poor are poor. Just like the old days before the cap.

Which is a good think IMO, as long as the small markets can compete with the large ones.
