I was thinking about doing this cause all I have is one W-2.

No stocks or anything to mention.

Prompts you through everything. Easier to pay and it will file your California return at the same time. I get them back within 10 days.

No - It costs 9.95. Just pay it any it will send them out at the same time and they direct deposit the money to your bank account. Feds take about one week, state 2-3 weeks depending on when they start processing them. Best bargain out there.

Maybe someone else can correct me on this, but I think even if it's recreational you still have to report any gambling winnings

I have to laugh at the places taking advantage of people with the tax return loans- with electronic filing today, it only takes about a week to get your money back. Poor sob's are giving probably a nice chunk of their refund just to have the $$$ in their hands asap.
