Late in the season Lions receiver Shaun McDonald did a similair thing after a touchdown and it scared the lady sitting in the front row, she flinched and covered her face. His throw was actually alot closer than Jacobs's throw and i thought wow what if he hit her.

Because you see eventually see everything once in the world, if they dont start charging teams penalty's for this somone will have a throw slip and it will go in the stands and like I said earlier all hell will break loose.

Yes, you are. With Dallas and their 10-minute offense and numerous commercials at every single opportunity during this game, there is more than enough time to discuss the poor sportsmanship by Jacobs. Especially since he did it last week in Tampa, as well.
