I'll be going to the packer game next weekend and I'm flying into Milwaukee. I'd rather not rent a car, but will if need be. I've never been to either city, and know very little about the area (aside from the weather).
I was wondering if anybody here knows anything about transportation between the cities (bus, shuttle, train, etc.)?
Any advice would be great.
Tips about things to do in Green Bay would be helpful too.
Thanks

In Green Bay,There are bars close by near the Stadium and cant go wrong with any of them and Favre has a steak house there that is real good but not cheap and the other typical resturants nearby.Other than that there is the Oneida Indian casino by the Green Bay Airport. The town will be jammin on Saturday night thats for sure an the beer will be flowing.

Just there last week as well. Casino is 4 miles from the stadium. Good time but not alot of tables. There is a bar called "The Bar" right across from the stadium in front of brett farves. That place is a ton of fun. While we are on Brett Farves--find another place to eat. Food was mediocre at best and I see why his place closed in less than a year in Milwaukee. Bad beef. Not one person had a good steak.

They are saying hotel rooms are 3 night minimum. Avg price will be around $250/night. Milwaukee is 98 miles from GB. and I rented a car from the Milwaukee airport for $14.99/ day or $60 for four days. Well worth it.
