Prop for tomorrow....

Jacobs under 72.5 yards at +100 at thegreek....

Jacobs has been giving carries to Bradshaw the last few weeks, he is also injury prone because of his 6'4 frame and upright running style. GB D is very stout and I expect them to keep him under this total....Dallas mostly bottled him up last week besides that first drive....

Like a few other props too, but this one sticks out to me...

There was a prop that was up there and it was like Cromartie to get a pick yes/no at -110 and -130. Wanted to bet the NO but don't see it there anymore....

The Greek.com

Total receiving yrds on 1st reception by V Jackson Player must play in game and catch 1 pass for wager to have action.
Overtime counts towards wager.

Max wager is $500.NFL. com for results.

367 Over 10½ yards +100
368 Under 10½ yards -130

Play on over 10.5 yards plus 100.
Why..

Vincent Jackson is red hot right now for the Chargers. He has 212 yards on 12 catches so far in the playoffs. After avereging 15.2 YPC on 41 receptions during the regular season.

10.5 yards is well below is averages in the regular season and way below his 17.1 YPC so far in this years playoffs.

When playing these props (as most of you probably know) I try to find either plus money or at worst even money props.

Extra points will be hard enough, let alone FG's..Wonder if they will be bringing out warm balls for FG's? if not they will be kicking bricks.

They keep the balls heated before FG attempts................as well as PAT's

They also put a very, very small trace of helium in the balls when the temps are below 20 degrees.........just those used for kicking.

From 5Dimes..

4037 T.Brady Throws a TD Pass 2nd Quarter -155
4038 T.Brady No TD Pass Thrown 2nd Quarter +135

Play on NO TD Pass Thrown in 2nd Qtr by T. Brady +135.

Why..

I understand the thinking of why NO is a fairly good sized dog for this type of prop as there is a chance the Pats will be on the march when the 1st quarter ends putting Brady in a spot to have possibly three full possesions at taking a shot at the San Diego endzone during the 2nd quarter.

However if the Chargers have the ball at the change of quarters then that changes things substantially - plus in these cold/wind conditions I won't be surprised to see the Pats run especially in the Red Zone when they have the right situation (inside the five). Bottom line Brady will probably have no more than 3 TD passes (certainly no guarantee of that either) in the game which itself making plus 35 cents for no in the 2nd quarter IMO worth a play.

I know you guys are trying to be funny with the pop up prop.

But I would appreciate it it if this thread is not hijacked into another "The Rx.com has pop ups threads".

Thanks much, wilheim..

I like this one at 5Dimes:

Wager type : Straight Bet

Sport : Props Football
Selection : R.Moss First Catch ov 12½ Yds 1/20/2008 3:00:01 PM -

(EST)

Money Line -110 for Game

Looking for Brady to use Welker and Watson short to set up Moss long early in the game.

Thats a nice prop - Moss can move with the ball after the catch and so can Vincent Jackson of the Chargers (see my Post #4 above).
