I have a good local who's gone to not posting CBB totals until 1 hour before game time. Anyone else?

My guys never do. Hell they dont even post added games. Chicken shits.

Go get real books. They are out there guys. Wannabees and small timers are afraid of totals. G/L

That's the thing.....this guy is not small time. I've had him for years and this is something new.

Why would a local risk leaving a total up all day long? Seems intelligent enough to me..

Wolf...do you even bet added games? If so, I suggest multiple outs...

Tom Brady is correct, all the big books have the totals up all day..

The local that I go through on occasion only opens up 1 hour before time of first day's game and sometimes not for the rest of the day...simple enough I guess

1 hour before gametime is not that bad. Could be better but could be worse. Remember there are some books that never have em. Ask him politely why? Most likely somebody beat him good or several people. I would not like it either. THat is why you always have a couple of books and make sure good ones.

He just started doing it this weekend and he uses a "per head" call center by the way.

WHat does that mean, per head?

You have to be prepared for changes that is why you always have a few. Easier said that done I know but it helps because you just never know what will happen.

Well Books are putting them up later and later..BM puts them up sometimes at 2 pn central..No one is putting them up over night

I am fine with my offshore accts. I was just mentioning what my locals do.
