They showed all these old soothsayer from american Indians to Chinese priest and Mayan calender.Predicting that something really significant was going to happen to the world....maybe even the end.

Well they were talking sudden shift,which would be a disaster natrually.
What was intresting is that completley diverse civilization from different parts of the world soothsayers were all predicting the end of the world.

Class dismissed. Just like Y2K, 6/6/06 (my graduation day of HS), and all the Nostradamus crap. I'm pretty sure some educated scientists would come out and say 'omg wer fuked!' if this was true. Not to mention, I'll take the technology/knowledge we have now compared to the Mayan civilization that killed there religious leaders because they couldn't command the sky to drop rain on the area, leading to a drought that pretty much crippled them.
That all being said, can we please delete this thread or move it to the RR. There's been like 10 the last couple months and it's just wasting space on the front page.
