Last night Det/Philly game.

Det hits 2 FT to go up 10 with about 25 seconds to go.

Philly calls time out

In bounds and get a qucik 2 points.

Then they do not foul Det and just let the clock run out.

If they aren't going to fould and try and get back in the game, then why are they calling a TO to set up a play?

I am not sure who called the TO. Maybe it was just a player in a normal knee jerk reaction. But if it was the coach, then why???

(The spread was Det -8.)

Many coaches do this to work on late game situations.

:lolBIG: Yeah, they played 48 minutes, but fixed a push. A group of middlers paid millions to millionaires to make sure it landed on 8.
