Steam Not So Hot

It has been cooling down for some time now in both Basketball markets and expect a blood bath from here in as has been usual over the last Years. Remember, basketball hasnt the Weather to affect situations, unless your talking about some tall black geezers nuts out mosying before a game.

One thing that has caught My eye is big favourites who are getting steamed against are getting beat Straight up in a number of cases, so the M/Ls might be a better option if your going to base your operations and bankroll on what some invisible, not sure where from, not sure why money tells you :missingte :drink:

If this is in fact you, you do this on every game. I have a hard time believing a lot of these get match b/c I still see them sitting thee at tip.

The ones sitting there at tip in are there for a reason, its basic bookmaking British style but Yanks dont know how to make a Book only bet Two flies syndrome. :drink:

These are the months where I only ask for half the food stamps I am allowed.

British style? So if three of your -139's get popped at bad numbers and the rest are left standing it looks like you are -300 Euros.

I'm off to bed now, its 5.35 am. roughly American books have a mentality of being keen from the outset AKA Pinny with their -105s. British Books have big vig and close it as the start nears. This is b/c US thinking is get a sharp spread and then give out a solid M/L whereas the M/L in Britain is flexible, the spread isnt, which is why I keep arguing that the points dont matter only the vig. :drink:

I see your point. Now, on a weekly basis, are you in the green every week or do you suffer some bad weeks as well. I know you have bad days, but weeks?

yes, bad weeks and sometimes many in all Sports but it all comes out in the washing. Its not all 139 though, its a matter of knowing the percentages allowed in any given Sport, you would never lay a 139 in the NFL or NHL, soccer is only 5 ticks at best. I laid most College games tonight at -105 to -120 but 139 covers any movement of 2.5 points. :drink:
