I usually make the same old same old every year.

Looking for something different with or without beans. I happen to like beans in my chili.

Ingredients
• 12 oz tomato paste
• 16 oz tomato sauce
• 3 24oz cans red kidney beans (drained)
• 6 Tablespoons garlic powder
• 3 Tablespoons onion powder
• 2 Tablespoons ground cumin
• 2 Tablespoons parsley
• 2 Teaspoons oregano
• 1/2 Teaspoon salt
• 1/2 Teaspoon ground black pepper
• 1 Tablespoon chipotle powder
• 1 Teaspoon habenero chile powder
• 1 medium onion, chopped
• 4 whole red habeneros (deveined, deseeded and chopped)
• 6 jalepenos (deveined, deseeded and chopped)
• 2 New Mexican chiles (deveined, deseeded and chopped)
• 1/2 pound elbow macaroni
• 1 pound steak of choice
• 1 pound ground beef
• 1 pound ground pork
• 6 oz beer (1/2 can)



Directions

Saute the onion in a small amount of olive oil in a large pot until translucent. Bring to a simmer the tomato paste, tomato sauce, kidney beans, garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, chili powder, parsley, oregano, salt and pepper, chipotle powder, habenero powder, habeneros, jalapenos, New Mexican chiles, and dry pasta. while this is simmering, grill steak and brown beef and pork in a large skillet. Drain the meat, and season with salt and pepper. Cut steak into very small pieces and add steak, beef and pork to sauce along with beer. Cook for 30 minutes. Serve with grated cheese and chopped onions

  • Ingredients

Instructions
    1. Heat oil in a large saucepan over medium heat. Cook onions, garlic, ground beef and cubed sirloin in oil for 10 minutes, or until the meat is well browned and the onions are tender.
    2. Mix in the diced tomatoes with juice, dark beer, coffee, tomato paste and beef broth. Season with brown sugar, chili powder, cumin, cocoa powder, oregano, cayenne pepper, and salt. Stir in 2 cans of the beans and hot chile peppers. Reduce heat to low, and simmer for 1 1/2 hours.
    3. Stir in the 2 remaining cans of beans, and simmer for another 30 minutes

Chili Cheese Nacho's

Bag of Round tortilla chips
2 Cans Hormel Chili or HomeMade
Bag of Shredded Mexican Cheese
Sour Cream
1/2 Diced onion
(Optional)Can of diced Jalapeno's or Green Chilies(Hot Sauce will work as well)

Preheat oven to 375
Spread chips on 2 foil baking sheets(Spray a little pam on foil so food doesnt stick)
Layer 1 can of chili,cheese,onion and peppers for one sheet(Drizzle a lil hot sauce)
Bake both sheets 20 min
Top with sour cream
Serve with ice cold mugs of beer right out of the freezer...

:missingte Great copy and paste Whale:missingte I dont know what gives me the impression you would havrea hard time making a cup of Tea. :drink:

whatever your recipe is make sure you use 1/2 Pork 1/2 Beef and buy it whole and dice it yourself not mince. Cook it for 1.5 Hours and the meat will over-ride any of the other ingredients. :drink:

I like a combination of 1/4 hot italian sausage, 1/4 sweet italian sausage, 1/2 ground chuck.
