Super Bowl XLII Props -"Post em if ya got em"...

I am going to kick off the Super Bowl Offshore Forum Prop Thread with a big dog. As most of you know I try to play plus money props only or at worst even money if something looks attractive at that price to me.

BetJamaica has a ton of props already posted..I found this one there..

508 NE Patriots Field Goal +350

I am betting against The Patriots scoring a TD for their first score and also scoring before the Giants can score in any fashion. At plus 350 I think the prop is worth a unit...

I will add some others as the week wears on, probably some player props but for now just the one big dog prop.

Jump in with your best Super Bowl prop and lets see if we can beat the books like we did last week during the Conference Championships..

first team offense to cross the 50 yd line
gmen +125 (thinking which ever team gets the ball first gets a couple of first downs at least, taking the + money)

first team to use a time out in game
gmen -120 (last week eli was letting the game clock run down almost every play it seemed, hoping pats confuse him early and force him to use a to)

already played these, plan on playing a few more... gl boys

No -1000

Both teams had 1 punt blocked this season. NE hardly punts at all. Sometimes -1000 is a bargain when it should be -5000

I will post my list of what is sure to be 100 or more plays later in the week. People will then have an idea how I make my money. I basically turn every game into a mini super bowl. This is just the climax of the year.

Will either team score 3 unanswered times? NO +200 @ BetJamaica

I have bet this prop for the past 5 Superbowls and won 4 of 5 times.
This is the most favorable price I have ever seen for this particular proposition.

This one is a solid Winner people!!!

there is another listing offered for the
first score of the Game...
(being a NY GIANTS FG @ +500 )
not the +350 listed in the solitary prop.
That's worth a shot.

What does everybody think about # of Giants rushers Over 3 -165? Looks like a sucker bet to me, but hard to think that it doesn't push at worst. :icon_conf

FWIW--Just some common sense advice.

Do not bet this game as a fan of one team or another (unless it is for a shits and giggles amount of money in relation to your own particular bankroll)..

Look at the game as you would any other game and handicap it without bias of being a fan or in a lot cases simply because you hate one team or the other.

Naturally it's your money and you can bet it anyway you like. I know some posters are going to bet with their hearts no matter what anyone says.

in just the last 12 years this prop has went 9-3 in favor to the YES

I just heard Colin say the three best propbets are:

1) Scoring 3 times in a row (ALWAYS happens)

2) shortest TD under 1.5 yds (there is ALWAYS a 1 yd TD)

3) Always bet Tails (the convex shape and grooves of the tails allows for more bounce and there is less of a bounce on heads allowing it to have a greater chance to die with heads facing down)
