My vote is for Michigan State Coach Tom Izzo. Gets the most out of mediocre talent. Always in the top twenty. Hasn't had much luck in the last few tourneys though.

i use to work at 5 star camp in pittsburgh. coach k had the pick of the litter and all the other coaches got what was left over. it's not like that any longer.

to your point, donovan is a very good coach. but florida's schedule has afforded them a phony top 25 ranking. their schedule has been an absolute joke this year. one game outside of the south, and they scored 49 points. nothing but respect for the gators program as a whole. but there is no way in hell they are a top 25 team this year.

How about Baylors coach Drew...Have not seen much of them, but he has taken a program that was nothing and turned it around with some great coaching from what I can see

I love what Howland is doing/has done at UCLA. Laven left that program in shambles, he has restored them to the top.

Been a huge Eddie Sutton fan for years. Not many coaches understand defense like he does. If he had the talent of a Duke or Kansas or North Carolina, he'd have a ton of championships IMO.

Howland, Bennett, Gary Williams

Bruce Weber is a great game coach, but he couldn't recruit a bangkok hooker with a fistful of $100s and a US Visa as trade bait.
