Wsex - Great Customer Service

Had a play tonight on a game going over. Checked my account and it was graded a loss. went to online chat with WSEX and told them of the mistake. Within 3 minutes graded corectly and money in my account. A classy prompt fix. Kudos to WSEX>

Everyone makes mistakes and as long as things are handled in a prompt and friendly manner then all should be forgotten.

When I made interactive wagers a few years ago:

I bought a few positions at $52.

I tried to sell the positions at $65 and got a message saying, "Wrong price. Try selling at $66" ... which makes no sense.

I called them as the game was going on to put it on the record that this was happening and I wanted to sell ... they said they can't do interactives over the phone ... the game ended ... and I had a few losing positions.

I called back and they credited my account by selling a few positions at $100 and a few at $65 ... absolutely amazing.
