I was wondering if Neteller transactions are allowed with PC bank accounts. My GF has one and she says they don't allow electronic transfers or something like that. I want to use Pinnacle to play the ponies so I was thinking of opening a 2nd bank account just for that purpose. I've used pinnacle in the past but only with western union. Thanks!

Yes, Neteller does not allow Canadian clients to use their account with gambling sites.

Could I deposit with a CC and withdrawl with something like instadebit? Would MC charge a cash advance fee or something crazy like that?

Check with Pinnacle.

You're better off using Instadebit. I don't believe any Canadian CC allow you to deposit to offshore gaming sites anymore. Better double check with them in any case (haven't done a MC deposit to a book in ages so things might not have changed).

I think some Canadian visas can still deposit at Pinnacle.
