Yeah, we give them out by Jan 31, 2007....but the IRS copy isn't due until a postmark of Feb 29, 2008....so some employers might not give too much of a rat's ass.....
At my firm we try to postmark 1099s by 1/31 but get W-2s in the recipient's hands by 1/31
