Sen. Specter's $$$ from Comcast!!!

This has nothing to do with cameras or spying or walkthroughs!!!

I'm starting this thread in the hopes that someone from the media will pick it up.

Arlen Specter has taken $153,600 in campaign contributions from Comcast or those affiliated with Comcast as employees or through its PAC.

The ONLY firm which has given more money to Specter is the law firm Blank Rome, LLP, which REPRESENTS COMCAST and which has given Specter $358,453.

So, Specter's two largest contributers, who have given him over half a million dollars, both have an interest in getting the NFL to cave in the war over access to the NFL Network.

Come on folks, this whole story is a set up by Comcast, using Sen. Specter to tarnish Goodell and soften him up in a negotiation worth hundreds of millions of dollars.

You all should hear this idiot on Philly sportstalk WIP every Friday morning. Remember...this guy invented the "magic bullet" theory. And that was when his brain was still functioning. This whole thing is laughable.

I am listening to WEEI Boston Sports Talk Radio on the internet here in Costa Rica. Needless to say the 78 year old Arlan Spector is not all that popular with the callers. Even some Giant fans are calling Bullshit..

Specter was quite instrumental in getting MLB to make its Extra Innings package available beyond dish holders so he's OK by me.

The Pats have been doing shady things but all the shadiness in the world can't account for their success on the field. Still, they will have to bear some stigma as the price they pay for breaking the rules. We probably don't know the half of what they've been up to.

It's also hilarious to hear people saying how congress has no business being involved here but in the next breath cheering on the ridiculous steroid investigation.

Spectors a low life do anything for money liberal.....Thats y u wont see any media reports of this obvious bribery in progress. If he was a conservative Republican the media would have hung him 15 yrs ago..........
