They didn't choke they were outplayed.

Eli is just a tad lucky. throws the ball up for grabs and gets it.

The finish to the Rams/Titans came down to the one yard line as time ran out with the reciever stretching his arm out for the endzone.....this is tied with that imo, or just a tad behind.

Rams/Titans the one yard short finish still rates the best finish ever to me to.

I would say top 5 easily. Officials wasnt in the game and last minute drive to win the game. Not to mention a brain fart by Coach Bill and numerous story lines with the perfection in the balance.

Defensive football is just as good as offensive football imo. Watching the Giants shut down the Pats offense was beautiful. Combine that with the finish and it's probably my number 1 all time.

btw, football gods had nothing to do with this today....let's try not to take credit away from how well Eli and the Giants played....the miracle "helmet catch" will be remembered but the pats had lots of HUGE breaks too.

the illegal batting of the ball was lucky....no way was that ball supposed to go upfield.

The sole INT of the game was also extremely lucky....ball had heat but was thrown in the "reception or incomplete" vicinity

With the storyline of the Pats going for history, Giants set the tone with that first drive. The longer they could hang in, the drama kept building. Really a fascinating game.

Top 5 SB's in no particular order-

Today
SB 13 - Pitt over Dallas 35-31
SB 16 - SF over Cincinnati 26-21
SB 34 - Rams over Tenn 23-16
SB 36 - Pats over Rams 20-17

It's up there with 49ers Bengals II where Montana hit John Taylor for the TD with about 35 seconds left in the 4th.
