i agree.he wasnt the man in his later years at indian,his teams got beat in the first round for years.the truth was ,they would have put up with his pissy attitude if he was winning.bad attitude and indian having high expectations didnt mix.i give him credit he did put indiana on the map.
UCLA has always had some top recruiters..too bad some of them have been alumni..John Wooden knew how to distance himself from the bullshit that went on at UCLA...plus the NCAA was looking the other way because of their witch-hunt for Tarkanian...back then UCLA wouldn't even schedule any games with Long Beach or UNLV...
