It wont pick up the wireless signal and when I connect it into one of the ports in the router it says limited connectivity.

Pretty frustrating to say the least.

Right now Im connected directly to my cable modem.

I'd reset the router...unplug it and then plug it back in after about 30 secs...

Happens to mine sometimes also. One of the lights start blinking rapidly. Do what brock said and there also should be a reset button on the back also if it does not work.

Just call Linksys/whoever

Seriously. Routers are notoriously annoying, and if you don't know what you are doing, you will just waste 5 hours trying to fix something that a phone call to tech support will fix in 30 seconds

Funny thing is I spent 35 min talking to linksys with no resolve and he told me to try the process on a different computer and then call us back...

Really? Every time I call Linksys they usually get it resolved pretty quickly. Sometimes you get a person who is unhelpful though, and have to try again

get a paperclip... turn your router around (with the power in) and hold the paperclip into the reset button...keep holding it in... then unplug the power from the back of the router (still keeping the paperclip in) count to abotu 20 seconds...then plug it back in (with the paperclip still in)... when you plug back in...remove the paperclip and that should hard reboot your router - putting everything back to default factory settings

let me know what happens after you do this

Doubtful that this is the problem if it was working and just stopped suddenly

if you have xp or vista and your computer is hardwired to your router just go to the linksys website and it will set everything up automatically for you
