I am still a stud.............LOL

I ski like Jean Claud

At the superbowl party I had to beat them away with a stick.

Gambling at the tables, well even us studs have little hope in hell.

That picture is beautiful. I hope I make enough money one day to get out there annually.

The only reason I went in the first place was because airfare was $59 and rooms are dirt cheap this time of year.

You gotta stay in Reno and drive over the hill to Tahoe for skiing.

All though Tahoe has decent room rates this time of year but not dirt cheap like reno.

I never learned to snoboard, had I not got married and got responsible I would of learned but these days I'm lucky to just get away if you know what i mean.

That and I saw snoboarders on their backs all day long struggling to have a fun day.

I think I saw just a couple guy's snoboarding that were having fun.

We've been getting so much snow up here in the PNW that the mountain passes and highways to the ski areas has been shut down a majority of the last couple of weeks. Had a blizzard up there today, 100+ mph winds and several feet of fresh snow.

EPIC winter out this way, if ya can get there! :103631605

Sept I will of lived here(Wa.)eight years and the weather has not really bothered me untill this winter.

I'm no spring chicken and the gloomy skies has been no big deal as long as I have dsl and dish wtf no honeydews if you know what I mean.

But this winter has been brutal and going to Tahoe and skiing in baked sunshine was a treat.

Like I told people along my route at work as I was bragging the days leading up to my vacation.

Said sad part is I'll be back, and life will be the same and it will be raining!

All that being said I like it here, great place to raise kids,I make just as much actually more money than I did in Ca. and my house payment is half, that and I don't have to see habla and so forth.

Hyatt resort out there is five star. They will shuttle you to any of the slopes and the casino employees there go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. Great restaurants and atmosphere.

Your right, it has been pretty brutal for the lowlands this year. Today was REALLY depressing, rained the entire day. I've been living here most of my life, though, so I am acclimated to it. Sure would like to live somewhere else though in the future.

This place can't be beat during the sunny, summer days. Absolutely beautiful and great temperatures.

Thanks for the great pictures! Tahoe is great any time of year. Gamble less there than i do when in LV or elsewhere because it is so damned great outside(barring an occassional blizzard!). Going in late March and can't wait.
