i have to send money offshore for the first time in a long time.
the sportsbook said i can send cash via moneygram or western union.
are they both the same in terms of asking for ID, reporting info to the feds..etc...
and what is the amount i need to keep the transaction under so they dont' ask for ID etc...
thanks

i need to send about 10k, and was going to fedex a bank cashier check but book said it would take up to 14 days to clear so i am stuck w/ MG/WU

they both have limits around 2k i believe but you can just do it multiple times. also wu technically doesnt do gambling related transfers so they might start asking questions. ive never had any problems with moneygram
