I own a business (bar) in a strip mall and there is a pet shop next to me. Well this guy bought this pet shop about 5 months or so ago I think and since he has bought it some weird shit is starting to go on. He has nothing but young teenage girls working there and when I say young I mean 14-17 and they all look to be about 12. I am not talking about a 17 year girl who could pass as a 20 year old, I am talking about small immature girls.
Well basically about a month ago, I started taking a more active role at the bar and I am up there every single day and that is when I began to take notice about some things that I see over at the pet shop. For example last friday night this guy (the owner) came up to his shop with a 12 pack of beer. About 15 minutes later 2 more guys pulled up with more beer. I know that they had at a minimum 5 of these young girls in the shop at that time. I can not say that I know what happened in there as I could not see in the front windows now because he has them all painted now.
I allow kids in my bar as it is more a pool hall than a bar and one of the girls that used to work there and is friends with all the other girls that still work there was in one night this week and she was telling me about how this guy is buying beer for them and she has pictures of him tied up that they took one evening while drinking beer with him. I did not want to continue to grill her on details as I really did not feel comfortable talking about this kind of sick shit with a girl who just turned 17 and could easily pass as a 13 year old.
Here is my question..... Do I just do everything I can and block out what I think is going on over there and simply mind my own business or do I make a call to the cops or do I just have someone throw him a beating and tel him he better quit any shit that he may doing with these yooung girls?
I am the furthest thing that you would ever consider a moralist, but when it comes to this shit, I just get a sick feeling. I mean if I thought the guy was dealing blow out of his shop, I ould not even think about caring, but this is just different.
Let me get some opinions from you guys as to what I should do....
