Damn how can you refuse 44 billion

yahoo will turn down microsofts offer at over 44 billion. I would of been like wire me the money billy boy. Im sure yahoo has their reasons but damn 44 billion. damn.

Yahoo is not a person, it is thousands of shareholders. The Board that "rejected" the offer is probably more interested in keeping their jobs.

Facebook did not turn down anywhere near $44bn.

Microsoft can go the hostile route if they like. I suspect they up the offer a few dollars and if that fails, go the hostile takeover route....
