With the additions that detroit has made in the off season, I think the detroit will win the world series this year. Does anyone know if there are any futures odds out yet on baseball?
Yup.................. The tigers have one helluva line up. Hard hitters from top to bottom. Pitching is good as well. Just glad to see the tigers back in the thick of things.
I don't like Todd Jones either but then again he's a contact pitcher. Could be worse. We could have the NY Mets closer. Can't remember his name or even if he was let go by the mets but he was terrible
I'd take billy wagner over jones in a heartbeat personally. With that said, i'm really surprised Tigers aren't the #2 favorite behind the bosox. i really like them as well.

Billy Wagner over Todd Jones? C'mon man you should know better than that. Looked what happened to the mets last year. A lot of the blame goes to Wagner.
You guys seriously debating Billy Wagner versus Todd Jones? Wagner is a few classes ahead of Jones. Last year was the worst for Wagner in like 8 years and he still dominated Jones.
