fastest/safest/easiest way to deposit? I guess my question is there a way to deposit without waiting 10 days?? the CC thing didn't work my banks dont allow it apparently

god i hate that bank freaking had a big run in with them when i was in college about overdrafts and all kinds of other crap...i deposited a check...it was returned and they charged me 25 dollars because it was expired...was an old payroll check just like 26 dollars or something and they charged me......oh well my have to swallow my pride and go back...any other suggestions???
