Let me as i am prone to do make up a few statistics here...im going to say 90% of ALL govenors have no law degree and im going to say 95% have no experiance.
The general point im trying to make is neither is required nor has ever been preferred........In fact we are thinking about electing a president with less job experiance, qualifactions or even stated positions than Barkley has to be Govenor of Alabama. In fact comparing the 2 im surprised your not saying Barkley is OVER qualified for the job.........
