I remember having a big bet on Navy (w/David Robinson) against Richmond in 1986. This guy on Richmond singlehandedly denied me the win. He was unbelievable that night. His name was Johnny Newman.

I'd take Antonio Daniels on my team anytime. In that draft, Tim Duncan as #1 was a no brainer and he's a hall of famer player. Chauncy Billups was #3 and became a top shelf talent althoug Rick Pitino tried to destroy him. Other than those guys, that was a very thin draft as evidenced by Keith Van Horn at #2 (Uof Utah BTW).

I wouldn't take Daniels on my team in exchange for the #4 pick.

But you're right, that draft BLOWS. According to Wiki, only 3 All-Stars. Duncan, Billups, T Mac.

Tony Battie #5
Ron Mercer #6
Tim Thomas #7
Adonal Foyle #8
T Mac #9
Danny Fortson #10
Olivier Saint-Jean #11
Austin Croshere #12
Derek Anderson #13
Mo Taylor #14

Ouch.
