Which is more likely to happen.

A 200 fav in bases covering by 1.5 runs or a 200 fav in hockey covering the 1.5 pucks.

Bases is obvious but maybe there is more to it than I see.

WW, I have 880 games in this season's database to date and 486 have involved a team winning by 2+ goals. (55%)

MLB varies, but last time I saw the stat (a couple years ago) the leaguewide percentage of games with 2+ run margin was about 70%

Don't really have a way to verify the following speculation - but am reasonably confident in a given week, there's a smaller percentage of MLB run lines at -220 and above then there are NHL teams with puck lines at -220
