Anybody here ever have an account suspended for fraud protection?

Seems that one of the books advertised here flagged my account and closed it after the prima phone option said there was suspicion of fraud.

I deposited a $100 and they are worried about fraud. I just wanted to take a small shot on a prop and now they hold my funds and close the account.

What a joke. Do the investigation and do not let me withdraw until it is finished but suspending the account is a joke. I asked the manager what they are going to do for me when they are found to be wrong and he said we don't need to di anything for you.

Just reminded me that no matter how hard we try to convince ourselves offshore is great, we are still dealing in the wild west.

The reason that a book may do this is to guarantee the funds are legit before they let you wager. Why would a book do this? To prevent someone from charging back if the prop loses, most offshore books dont like paying cash on bets placed with hypothetical money.

They let me wager last night and now froze the funds...

I don't even want to withdraw so it is pointless.

I have been with the book for years and they lost a customer with this kind of crap.
