I just moved here against my better judgement, but I'm here and don't really know anyone. Where's the place to go to meet people?

I heard I can get breakfast for under $2 at the casinos around here:toast:

long story...but I thought I had a job and housing in Philly...turns out I had neither once I got there. So all my shit was packed in the car, figured I always wanted to live out west.

I heard house prices were falling fast. I'm considering a move out there in the next year or two. Any suggestions on where?

Its more or less hard to meet people here in my opinion. Not sure what drew you here, but its like anyplace else in the country.

Why do you think its hard to meet people there? It would seem to be a pretty social place...just curious...

If you want to meet people perhaps you are in the wrong places. Always found plenty of real friendly local females at The Western, The Atomic or Bunkhouse. Perhaps green Doberman or VegasVic can support my claim

You want to meet good people join a country club or just go play golf anywhere you can.

Everyone in Las Vegas is from some where besides the state of Nevada and are eager to chat.

I have a buddy there if you like betting on the links he'll take you to school.
