Highest Recommendation: Don't Use Prima Phone Card To Deposit

I deposit the other day with them and go back to my account to make a play but find my account closed because I am under investigation of fraud by Prima.. LOL

I used my own credit card and they accuse me of fraud. Bunch of worthless cocksuckers and the book I used is just as bad for closing my account and not just limiting withdrawls. I have deposited with this book well over 25 x's and for them to worry abouta little $100 deposit is a nice slap in the face.

Best way to go is WU/Moneygram but I didn't have the time and just needed a couple of bucks to get a small play in...

The other frustrating thing I did not mention was that the book never sent me an email. Just suspended my account and waited for me to contact them. Pretty nickel and dime for a big time book.

exact situation i am having with prima pin,deposited on thursday,got an email from them on friday saying they want a scan of credit card and id etc,(account is disabled)sent it to them,get nowhere,sent it twice more,account still blocked,can not get anywhere with calls or emails,they are total idiots as everything is legit,i am through with them even if they open it back up

Horrible experience..

I have been a customer of the mentioned book for years and the way they have treated me through this has been horrible.

We are talking about very minimal money here too.

Prima phone is a horrible operation.

i am amazed how incompetent the primapin people are,funny thing is,i deposited with a prepaid debit card so it is not even a credit card,i have lived in this same house for over 40 years,i scanned them what they wanted 3 times and they think i am not who i say i am:lolBIG:,guess i am the fool for dealing with them

I am most likely going to have to file a chargeback with my CC company.

No dealing with this company. Horrible experience. I question any book offering them as an option.

Always have had good experiences with them and I am going to give them the benefit of the doubt since accounting has been closed there during the weekend. I will update tomorrow with how things go.

I don't understand why you're getting on 5dimes. Prima Pin is the problem and I've had no problem using this option so far. Did you give false information when depositing?

No shit Prima Pin is the problem but 5Dimes is still using them as a payment option which means they are advertising them so I hold them responsible to a certain degree.

I never even mentioned 5Dimes name until Hines asked and even then I said I was giving them the benefit of the doubt.

You're giving 5dimes the "benefit of the doubt". How do you expect 5dimes to know what this company is about until they use them???????? This is a brand new company. Was 5dimes suppose to use 1000 credit cards of their own before giving this option to the public? It's all trial and error. Do you understand how hard it is to process a credit card right now?????

5Dimes should honor the deposit and if there is a flag then limit withdrawls. I have sent these guys much much more than that and have been with them for yrs.

Prima phone is the real problem as they verified my account a few different ways then flagged me later. Joke of a deposit method IMO.

I agree with you, but I know how 5dimes is. They're anal with all their fail/safe BS and it'll drive you nuts!!!! They make you "jump through hoops" more than any other book out there.

If you saw what I went through just to get my "log in" info after not using them for awhile. I almost had to get on a plane to show them my ID in person, so I could use the account again.

Same for me because they had matching IP's with my cousin and I.. LOL

Real pain in the ass considering I have been a customer of theres for years.
